My wife Eva and I have been living and enjoying the Florida outdoors for over 30 years. We started this business to share our passion of our natural environment. Having kayaked and camped throughout the immense beauty of Florida, we have acquired vast knowledge of the waterways and wildlife. Every guided tour is accompanied by myself. Eva will give me a hand on the weekends occasionally and the boys will still help out when they are not busy with their careers or school. We also have a few wacky friends that are always a joy to have around once in a while. No matter what the occasion, we will ensure a memorable and fun time!

Greg “Capt Yak” Stoppelmoor has been offering guided kayak tours at Shell Key Preserve since 2017. Not only being very familiar with and knowledgeable about the area and its wildlife, Capt Yak is recently retired from a 30-year career in the zoological field. In his experience he has worked, managed, and cared for animals in zoological institutions, conducted field research worldwide and lead and participated in fundraising efforts for conservation issues.
